Recommendation 1

1. To support people's health and wellbeing the provider should continue to strengthen and develop their staff team by ongoing attempts to recruit and maintain permanent team members. This is to ensure care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards which state: 'I am supported and cared for by people I know so that I experience consistency and continuity' (HSCS 4.16).

Recommendation 2

1. To support people's health and wellbeing, the provider should ensure that care plans clearly highlight critical information and reflect this in a consistent manner throughout the entirety of the plan. This is to ensure care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards which state: 'My personal plan (sometimes referred to as a care plan) is right for me because it sets out how my needs will be met, as well as my wishes and choices (HSCS 1.15).
