1. To provide a care at home service to adults with conditions associated with older age, in their own homes and in the wider community.

2. The care at home service will be provided by one staff team based at Waterside View Sheltered Housing, 170 Main Street, Renton.
3. Before supporting any service user with the administration of medicines a clear policy and procedure, including a system of recording this support, requires to be in place and staff must be appropriately trained.
4. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service and its contact details, as it appears on this certificate.
