1. To enable people to benefit from continuous improvement, the provider should ensure service development plans are in place that involve people who use the service, staff, and all other relevant parties. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: 'I benefit from a culture of continuous improvement, with the organisation having robust and transparent quality assurance processes' (HSCS 4.19).

2. To keep people safe and promote their wellbeing, the provider should improve their medication management, ensuring records are clear and accurate. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: 'Any treatment or intervention that I experience is safe and effective (HSCS 1.24).

1. The provider should notify the Care Inspectorate of all relevant incidents in accordance with the published notification guidance. This is to ensure care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards which state 'I am protected from harm, neglect, abuse, bullying and exploitation by people who have a clear understanding of their responsibilities'. (HSCS 3.20) 'I benefit from different organisations working together and sharing information about me promptly where appropriate'. (HSCS 4.18)
