1. By 7 September 2025, the provider must confirm the safety and suitability of the home by submitting the building completion certificate to the Care Inspectorate. This is to comply with Regulation 10(1)(a) of The Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (Requirements for Care Services) Regulations 2011 (SSI 2011/210). This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: 'My environment is secure and safe’ (HSCS 5.19).
