Recommendation 1

1. To ensure that people continue to be protected from harm and that relevant agencies are kept informed, the provider should ensure that they notify the Care Inspectorate of all accidents and incidents in line with relevant guidance. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: ' I am protected from harm, neglect, abuse, bullying, and exploitation by people who have a clear understanding of their responsibilities' (HSCS 3.20).

Recommendation 2

1. To ensure that personal outcomes are effectively met, the provider should ensure that staff are trained in appropriate subjects areas specific to the needs of the people experiencing care. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: 'I have confidence in people because they are trained, competent and skilled, are able to reflect on their practice, and follow their professional and organisational codes' (HSCS 3.14).
