Number(s) and Age(s) of person(s) to whom service may be provided:1. To provide a service to older people in their own homes including Balgowan Court and Bonnethill Gardens and in the wider community. Care may be provided to one named individual under the age of 60 years of age.
Any other conditions unique to the service:2. The support will be provided by two staff teams based at Bonnethill Gardens and Balgowan Court.
3. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
