1. To ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of children, the provider should improve nappy changing facilities. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state, 'I experience an environment that is well looked after with clean, tidy and well-maintained premises, furnishings and equipment' (HSCS 5.24). This is to ensure changing facilities are consistent with the Care Inspectorate Document: 'Nappy changing for early learning and Childcare settings (excluding childminders)'.
