Conditions of registration
Number(s) and Age(s) of person(s) to whom service may be provided:
1. To provide a care service to a maximum of 58 older people including older people with dementia. Included in the maximum number of service users, up to 10 service users may be under 65.
Any other conditions unique to the service:
2. To comply with the staffing schedule attached dated 31 October 2011, which must be displayed together with the certificate.
3. The provider must prepare and display together with the certificate of registration a staffing schedule which reflects the current 4 weekly assessment of need. This must be altered accordingly should the needs of the service users change within each 4 week period.
There must be at least one registered nurse present in the home at all times and the provider must be able to demonstrate that the number and skill mix of staff is appropriate to meet the health, welfare and safety needs of service users. This condition is time limited for 12 months and temporarily supersedes condition number 2 above which comes back into force on 1 April 2019. To make any change to this condition a variation must be applied for no less than 3 months before expiry of the 12 month date.
