1. To support children’s wellbeing and development, the provider should review personal plans to ensure they set out how their individual needs will be met, as well as their wishes and choices. This should include, but not be limited to, ensuring: personal plans are regularly reviewed with children and parents to ensure that information is up to date plans reflect children's current needs, wishes and choices. developing how strategies are gathered and used to support all children. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which states that: 'My personal plan (sometimes referred to as a care plan) is right for me because it sets out how my needs will be met, as well as my wishes and choices' (HSCS 1.15).

1. To ensure that children receive care in a safe environment, infection control procedures should be improved. This should include, but is not limited to, d eep cleaning of toilet areas, repairing broken fixtures and fittings and ensuring ventilation fans are working appropriately. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which states that: 'I experience an environment that is well looked after with clean, tidy and well-maintained premises, furnishings and equipment' (HSCS 5.22).
