Recommendation 1
1. To support children's wellbeing and development, the provider should ensure that environmental risks are minimised through active and regular monitoring. This should include, but is not limited to, audits of risk assessments both indoors and outdoors. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which states that: "My environment is secure and safe" (HSCS 5.17).
