1. This service will be available to people living in their own homes.
2. The Care Commission requires to be notified if the numbers of staff increase or
decrease by 10%.
3. The service will be provided to older people, people with dementia, people with a physical
and learning disabilities and people with mental health problems.
4. The service will notify service users of the conditions of registration, the
name of the registered service and the Care Commission contact details.
