To provide a service to adults with physical disabilities and/or older people in their own homes and in the community.
2. The service will operate from an office base in Kirkintilloch and from a satellite office based at 86 Manor Street Falkirk FK1 1NU
3.The support will be provided by one staff team in Falkirk three staff teams in East Dunbartonshire and two staff teams in West Dunbartonshire as agreed on the variation dated 18.05.2026 and where there are any subsequent changes the Care Inspectorate should be informed.
