1. To support the continuous improvement of the service, the provider should implement robust quality assurance processes covering key areas of practice. This should include, but not be limited to, practice that supports children's care, play and learning. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS), which state, 'I benefit from a culture of continuous improvement, with the organisation having robust and transparent quality assurance processes.' (HSCS 4.19).
