1. This service will be available to people living in the independent retirement complexes as specified in
the notice granting registration.
2. The service must notify the Care Commission if there is a change in the number and/or location of
independent retirement complexes as specified in the notice granting registration.
3. The service will notify the service users of on site staffing arrangements, on call arrangements and of
any changes.
4. The service will notify service users of the conditions of registration, and the Care Commission contact
details.
