Recommendation 1
1. To support children's health, wellbeing and safety, the provider should ensure children are cared for in a safe environment. This should include, but not be limited to, identifying and responding to particular risks within the outdoor areas. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: ‘My environment is secure and safe’ (HSCS 5.17).
