Conditions of registration
1. The coordination/administration of the service will be provided at Abercromby Business Centre, 279 Abercromby Street, Glasgow, G40 2DD.
2. The Support Service will be provided to people in their own homes (Care at Home)
3. The service will be available to older people, people with dementia, people with physical and learning disabilities and people with mental health issues.
4. Staff support will be available to service users between the hours of 07:00hrs and 22:00hrs. 365 days per year.
On planned assessment overnight care may be provided in the service user's own home.
5. The service will notify service users of the conditions of registration, the name of the registered service and the Care Commission contact details Care Commission requires to be notified when the numbers of staff increase or decrease by 10%.
