Number(s) and Age(s) of person(s) to whom service may be provided:
1. The service will provide temporary accommodation and direct support to service users who are actively using alcohol, however, are also engaging with their Opiate Replacement Therapy (ORT) plan. The service will support individuals with a previous history of drug use where there is evidence of abstinence and/or engagement with their recovery plan. In addition, the service will provide temporary accommodation and direct support to service users who are experiencing homelessness.
Any other conditions unique to the service:
2. The support will be provided by 1 staff team as agreed during this registration and where there are any subsequent changes the Care Inspectorate should be informed.
3. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this certificate.
