1. To ensure children experience consistently high quality care and learning, the provider should implement formal process for monitoring of children’s personal plans, planning and learning journals to support ongoing improvement. More clearly defined roles and responsibilities for quality assurance across the management team would strengthen accountability, improve consistency and enhanced the overall effectiveness of improvement processes. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: "I benefit from a culture of continuous improvement with the organisation having robust and transparent quality assurance processes" (HSCS 4.19).
