Re-introducing appraisal meetings to support staff practice. Children, staff and families should be included in the self-evaluation process within the service; c) developing more robust systems to support an effective induction process for newly recruited staff; d) further development of children’s personal plans to ensure they are detailed, accurate and include all the required information to fully meet their needs; e) further development of medication forms to ensure all information is recorded in line wit
