1. To improve outcomes for children, the provider should implement a more robust system to further develop quality assurance and self-evaluation to support ongoing improvement within the service. This should include but is not limited to: a) implementing an improvement plan and quality assurance calendar to support ongoing change and improvement; b) developing the service’s approach to self-evaluation and monitoring of practice and environments.
