Requirement 1
1. By 30 November 2025, the provider must ensure that people are supported to take their medication as prescribed in order to maintain their health and wellbeing. To do this the provider must, at a minimum: a) Ensure that people are provided safe and effective support to meet their medication needs. b) Ensure that visits are planned in accordance with people's medication needs. c) Ensure adequate monitoring of medication errors and ensure appropriate investigations and appropriate actions are undertaken where errors have occurred.
