Conditions of registration
To provide a service to children adults and older people with learning disabilities and/or mental health difficulties and/or physical disabilities living in their own homes and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by 12 staff teams located in Glasgow.
