1. To support people’s health and wellbeing the provider should ensure: (a) Staff maintain accurate records in relation to medication administration, (b) protocols for as required medications are implemented to give clear direction to staff on when they should be administered. This is to comply with Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS 1.24) Any treatment or intervention that I experience is safe and effective).
