Kippen Care Services

1. The Support Service provided will be provided to people in their own homes (care at home)

2. This service will not be provided to children under 16 years of age

3. The service must notify the Care Commission if there is a change in the number and/or
location of staff teams as specified in the notice granting registration.

4. The service will notify service users of the conditions of registration, the name of the
registered service and the Care Commission contact details.

5. Before supporting any service user to take medicines a policy and procedure including
a system of recording this support requires to be in place.

6. Staff support will be available to service users over a 24 hour period.
