1. To further develop the quality of the service and enhance outcomes for children, the provider should ensure that quality assurance processes are further developed to ensure that these consistently improve practice to keep children safe. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: 'I benefit from a culture of continuous improvement, with the organisation having robust and transparent quality assurance processes' (HSCS 4.19).

The provider should ensure that the quality of experience is consistent for all children.
