Any other conditions unique to the service:

1. To provide a service to adults and older people living in their own homes and in the community. The service may provide care to one named child as agreed by the Care Inspectorate on 12 March 2018.

2. The support will be provided by 2 staff teams (Technology Enabled Care Team (MECS) and the Reablement Team)

3. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this certificate.
