Conditions of registration

As published by the Care Inspectorate

1. The Support Service provided will be provided to people in their own homes (care at home).

2. The Service shall be available to children and young people with specialist palliative care needs.

3. The service must notify the Care Commission if there is a change in the number and/or location
of staff teams as specified in the notice granting registration.

4. The service will notify service users of the conditions of registration, the name of the registered
service and the Care Commission contact details.

5. Before supporting any service user to take medicines a policy and procedure including a system
of recording this support requires to be in place.
