Conditions of registration
1. The Support Service will be provided to service users within their own home and community settings.
2. The Care Commission requires to be notified if the numbers of staff increase or decrease by 10%.
3. The service will notify service users of the conditions of registration, the name of the registered service
and the Care Commission contact details.
4. Before supporting any service user to take medicines a policy and procedure, including a system of recording
this support requires to be in place.
