Any other conditions unique to the service:
1. The service will be provided to people in their own homes.
2. Support staff can be available to service users over a 24 hour period based on assessed need.
3. The service must notify the Care Inspectorate if there is a change in the number and/or locations of the staff teams as specified on the certificate of registration.
