1. To support people's health and wellbeing, the provider should formalise the observation of staff practice and keep a reflective record which informs supervision, staff development and appraisal. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: 'I have confidence in people because they are trained, competent and skilled, are able to reflect on their practice and follow their professional and organisational codes' (HSCS 3.14).

2. The support will be provided by 2 staff team based at the addresses as agreed during this variation and where there are any subsequent changes the Care Inspectorate should be informed.
3. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this Certificate.
