Conditions of registration
1. The service will be provided to people living in their own homes.
2. The service will be provided to adults with physical impairment, learning disabilities and mental health problems.
3. The service operates 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
4. The Care Commission requires to be notified if the staffing level as detailed in the notice granting registration increases or decreases by 10%.
5. Before supporting any service user to take medicines a policy and procedure including a system of recording this support requires to be in place.
