Conditions of registration
1. This service will be available to people living in their own homes.
2. The service will be provided to adults with physical impairment, learning disabilities and mental health
problems.
3. The Care Commission requires to be notified when the numbers of staff increase
or decrease by 10%.
4. The service will notify service users of the conditions of registration, the name and address of the
registered service, the manager"s name and the Care Commission contact details.
5. The service operates 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
