1. To ensure children consistently experience high-quality care and learning, we suggested developing a monitoring calendar to include and not be limited to: a) continuing to formally monitor planning documentation and children’s experiences b) reviewing and documenting the impact of changes to support ongoing improvement c) developing formal staff supervision and appraisal procedures. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: "I benefit from a culture of continuous improvement, with the organisation having robust and transparent quality assurance processes" (HSCS 4.19).
