Conditions of registration
1. This service will be available to people living in sheltered housing as specified in the notice granting
registration and to people living in the wider community
2. The service will notify service users of on site staffing arrangements, on call arrangements and of any changes.
3. The service must notify the Care Commission if there is a change in the number and/or location of staff teams as
specified in the notice granting registration.
4. The service will notify service users of the conditions of registration, the name of the registered service and the
care commission contact details.
