2. This service will be available to people living at 4 units as detailed in Notice Granting
Registration.
3. The service will notify service users of on site staffing arrangements, on call arrangements and of any
changes.
4. Staff support will be available to service users over a 24 hour period.
5. The service will notify service users of the conditions of registration, the name of the registered service
and the Care Commission contact details.
