1. By 2nd March 2026 the provider must take steps to improve staff health ,safety and wellbeing. The provider should ensure that the systems in place support effective service delivery and promote staff safety. To do this, the provider must, at a minimum: a) review the scheduling of visits to promote consistency and reduce the risk of missed visits. b) Ensure that the community alarm response staff receive written information prior to visits. This must include key details such as any risks and the location. Conditions of registration
The service will be provided to people in their own homes.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by 8 staff teams located in East Ayrshire .
