Requirement 1

1. By 2nd March 2026 the provider must take steps to improve staff health ,safety and wellbeing. The provider should ensure that the systems in place support effective service delivery and promote staff safety. To do this, the provider must, at a minimum: a) review the scheduling of visits to promote consistency and reduce the risk of missed visits. b) Ensure that the community alarm response staff receive written information prior to visits. This must include key details such as any risks and the location. This is in order to comply with section 7 of the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019.” This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care standards (HSCS) which state that: "I experience high quality care and support because people have the necessary information&
