Recommendation 1
1. To improve outcomes, the provider should support staff access further training, professional development and apply their learning in practice. This should include, but is not limited to promoting positive relationships and behaviour training. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: ‘I have confidence in people because they are trained, competent and skilled.’ (HSCS 3.14).
