1. To ensure children's safety and wellbeing, the service should consider a detailed risk assessment for the management of spaces during holiday times when there is potential for others accessing the building and grounds. This should include, but not limited to indoor and outdoors spaces and how staff effectively manage children using facilities independently within the building such as toilets. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards which state: 'My environment is secure and safe' (HSCS: 5.19).
