Sharing this information across the team should reinforce accountability and promote shared understanding of expectations. Establishing a clear and transparent scheme of delegation would further strengthen strategic oversight, ensuring improvement actions are carried out effectively, leading to enhanced outcomes for children. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: 'I use a service and organisation that is well led and managed' (HSCS 4.23).
