Recommendation 1

1. To support children’s learning, development and wellbeing, the provider should ensure staff have opportunities to reflect on training. This could help ensure they reflect on learning, and review the impact this has on their practice, supporting good outcomes for children. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which states that: "I have confidence in people because they are trained, competent and skilled." (HSCS 3.14).
