1. To ensure that children experience consistently positive outcomes, the provider should support the manager to develop and implement robust quality assurance processes. This should include but is not limited to, developing a monitoring calendar. This is to ensure that children's care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: "I experience high quality care and support based on relevant evidence, guidance and best practice"(HSCS 4.11) "I benefit from a culture of continuous improvement, with the organisation having robust and quality assurance processes" (HSCS 4.19)
