1. To provide a care service to a maximum of 42 children aged 2 years to those not yet attending primary school of whom a maximum of 10 will be aged 2 years to under 3 years.
Any other conditions unique to the service:
2. During operating times the service will have exclusive use of the two playrooms, toilets and hallway.
3. Minimum staffing levels to adhere to the guidance detailed in Annex A of the National Care Standards Early Education and Childcare up to the age of 16.
