Recommendation 1

1. To meet the needs of children throughout the routine of the day, the provider and manager should ensure that children receive the support they need during transitions. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: 'My care and support is consistent and stable because people work together well' (HSCS 3.19).
