Conditions of registration
To provide a care service to a maximum of 53 older people. The maximum number of service users may also include up to four service users under the age of 65 who require palliative care.
In addition to the 53 places above the service may provide an additional 2 places for named people who wish to share accommodation. In future any new placements in shared accommodation would require a variation application. Individuals in shared accommodation who wish to have a single room should be provided with such as soon as one becomes vacant. As shared occupancy rooms become single occupancy the number of places will reduce to the maximum of 53 above.
