Requirement 1

1. By 24 September 2025, the provider must ensure that people's staffing arrangements are right to support their health and wellbeing. To do this, the provider must, at a minimum: a) ensure assessments for people reflect people's abilities and wishes and reviewed regularly so as to give a full and accurate picture of what staff levels should be, including at different times during the day, and b) review staffing arrangements to enable staff to work in a person centred and person led way with people This is to comply with Regulation 4(1)(a) of The Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (Requirements for Care Services) Regulations 2011 (SSI 2011/210). Recommendation 1

1. To support people's health and wellbeing, the provider should ensure staff access training appropriate to their role, apply their training in practice and that their training is up to date. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: 'I have confidence in people because they are trained, competent and skilled' (HSCS 3.14).

Recommendation 2

1. To support people's safety, health and wellbeing, the provider should ensure quality assurance and checks are undertaken following best practice and on an set, appropriate and regular basis. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: ' My environment is secure and safe' (HSCS 5.17).
