Recommendation 1
1. To support children's wellbeing and to help meet their needs, the provider should review personal plans. This should include, but not limited to, ensuring all information relevant to each child is included, and plans are organised in a way that make it easy to track and review children's development. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which states that: 'My personal plan (sometimes referred to as care plan) is right for me because it sets out how my needs will be met, as well as my wishes and choices' (HSCS 1.15).
