1. By 30 November 2025, the provider must ensure improved outcomes for children by recruiting a suitably qualified manager to lead the service. To do this, the provider must, at a minimum: a) safely recruit a qualified manager for the service b) notify the Care Inspectorate of a change of manager. This is to comply with Regulation 7 (2) (d) and 17 (1) (c) of the Social Care and Social work Improvement Scotland (Requirements for Care Services) Regulations 2011 (SSI 2011/210) and section 7 (1) (b) of the Health and Care (staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019. 1. To ensure that children experience consistently positive outcomes, the manager should develop and implement systematic quality assurance processes. This should include but is not limited to, developing a monitoring calendar. This is to ensure that children's care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: "I experience high quality care and support based on relevant evidence, guidance and best practice" (HSCS 4.11).
