Letham Out of School Club

1. To improve outcomes for children and ensure that there is a culture of continuous improvement, quality assurance processes and self-evaluation should be developed further. This would help to support monitoring and assessing the service in line with best practice and legislation. This is to ensure care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards which state that: 'I benefit from a culture of continuous improvement, with the organisation having robust and transparent quality assurance processes' (HSCS. 4.19).
