Recommendation 1

1. To ensure young people's safety is promoted through agreed practices, the provider should implement robustly recorded and agreed multi agency approaches to managing risk situations. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with Health and Social Care Standards which state, 'My care is consistent and stable because people work well together', (HSCS, 3.19) and 'My care and support is provided in a planned and safe way, including if there is an emergency or unexpected event, (HSCS, 4.14).
