Recommendation, verbatim from the inquiry

●Inquiry recommendation, Part 5, Chapter 61: Mentally disordered prisoners; recommendation follows paragraph 61.26

The Prison Service should prepare a readable guide, which explains the circumstances in which personal information about a prisoner should be disclosed by healthcare staff to officers on the wing. The guide should contain practical examples of situations where disclosure should or should not be made.

How this page is built

The summary is written by this site and labelled as such. The Index does not paraphrase sources or characterise intent; it records what has been published.
