In the circumstances it is my 'statutory duty to report to you as understand that you are the owner of the land adjacent to Tyersal Lane at the point of impact enclose two photographs illustrating the scene as one approaches a left hand bend with limited visibility around the bend. _ My concern is that this is effectively a blind left hand bend for any vehicles approaching in the direction shown in the photographs. trees andlor foliage at this point impedes the sight for any vehicle travelling around the bend. Action SROUlD Be TAkEN In my opinion the action which should be taken to prevent future deaths is to cut back the trees andlor foliage at the bend in order to improve visibility for vehicles negotiating bend. believe that as the owner of the land you have the power to take such action.
